Is shipping free?
Shipping is free for orders that are shipped within the Continental United States.
If you are ordering outside the United States, please reach out to our customer service department at CustomerService@SumpAlarm.com. We will gladly assist you and make sure that you get the shipping option that fits your needs. Please note that Sump Alarm is not responsible for any duties, taxes, fees, etc. that may arise from shipping a parcel of out the United States.
If the item is shipped from Sump Alarm outside of the United States, and the parcel needs to be returned, the return shipping is paid by the customer.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped out directly from our facility in St. Louis, MO. Due to the popularity of our offers, all orders are processed & shipped anywhere between the same day or 1-2 business days of you placing the order depending on your location and fastest available service.
- The typical delivery time frame is between 2-3 business days.
However, you may receive your items earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way.
